I Am Confused

Wherein A Wife Wonders Why Understanding Must Be One-Sided

These things are bothering me. These things in particular, that is. Even as I set about putting my thoughts on paper, I hesitate to say first off, "I am not an alcoholic. I am the wife of an alcoholic, an AA." I hesitate because, if experience has taught me anything, I will be told that I am wrong and that I have a good deal of personality changing to do on my own.
