JUST read a short item in the January issue entitled "A Few Unanswered Questions," the writer stating that he did not find enough friendliness in AA, especially on joining a new group. It seems to me he failed to see that he could change that by overlooking the slight and staying with the group. In that way he would be there to welcome and give his friendship to any new member or members transferring from another group.
