Non-alcoholics Carry a Message, Too

CALIFORNIA--Three hundred delegates to the convention of the California Episcopal Diocese voted at a final session to set up a commission to study the problem of alcoholism and to examine methods of rehabilitating its victims. This action follows a resolution passed last year by the General Convention of the Protestant Episcopal Church in America to give serious attention to the subject on a nationwide scale.
