International Drunk

THE theory that we may be able to end, or control, our drinking by changing our abode to another city and changing our circle of friends has occurred to most alcoholics and has been attempted by not a few. We are told this will not work and some of us have proved it the hard way. Nevertheless, the project of running away to get away from alcohol appeals to the alcoholic's escapist tendencies.
