Mistake--Or Miracle?

IT is just on two years now since I stopped rowing the boat and handed over the command to a much more competent Oarsman. Boy, what a relief! Our happy home can only be described in one word: ex-sot-ic. Just two years ago I sat at this very typewriter (wondering how much it would fetch at a pawnshop) trying to think how to answer the divorce summons lying on the table in front of me. Wondering what to do about the Bill of Sale over my business for debt. Trying to reckon how much longer my pounding heart would stand the strain. Came to the conclusion it could best be thought out down at the local. . .
