The Good Habit That Grew

He learned how to pray without realizing it

MY TWO children are leaving the house for school, on their feet are good sturdy shoes, their jackets are nearly new, warm and comfortable. I close my eyes and think a small prayer in grateful appreciation for their well being. I am adding to this prayer a tag line of thankfulness for my many blessing, the food in the refrigerator, the half pound of coffee on the shelf, the realization of my family's health and protective care as each twenty-four hour total grows into weeks, months and years.
