We Are Not Alone

A MAN went into a church one day, walked down the aisle, knelt at the altar, looked up at the Cross, immediately rose and left. He did this every day for a week. The sexton noticed this and told the pastor. The pastor watched the man for several days; then his curiosity getting the best of him, he stopped the visitor and asked: "I'm not trying to pry into your affairs, but you have been coming here every day for the past ten or twelve days, about the same time, walking down the aisle, kneeling at the altar, looking up at the Cross, immediately getting up and leaving. You are not there long enough to pray. We thought you might be stealing money that worshipers leave at the altar, but we know now that you are not doing that. If you don't mind, how about telling us what's taking place?"
