What Price Importance?

SOMEONE has estimated that there are about 60 million people in the United States who drink occasionally or otherwise. Out of a total population of 160 million, it follows that there must be about 100 million that do not touch, taste, or handle the stuff. If we charge off 60 million of the abstainers as too young (or otherwise unable) to drink, we still come up with 40 million persons who could drink but don't.
