A Shamrock-by-any-other-name Department

THE Irish spelling of "whisky" is usquebaugh, from the Irish and Gaelic word uisge-beatha meaning "water-life". Our Gaelic authority tells us that you can also spell it, or drink it, as usgebeatha, uisquebagh, or if you prefer it neat, as uisgebeatha.
