The Proof Is 100

THE average normal person, who drinks, can read the label on a bottle of alcoholic beverage and discover that contained in that bottle is a liquid made of certain grains or fruit, fermented or processed by certain methods, aged varying periods of time from less than one month to more than several years, and having certain quantities of alcohol giving it a proof or strength of from less than ten proof to more than 100 proof.
