Come On, Girls!

Through the years I have listened to a succession of male speakers announce to all and sundry that alcoholism as a disease is no respecter of persons. They have informed me, in varying degrees of eloquence, that alcohol is cunning, baffling and powerful; and that anyone of any race, color, creed or sex can become possessed of this two-fold malady.
