There's a Moral Here Somewhere

Once upon a time, many years ago, a farmer started to town with a half filled can of cream in his wagon. On the way a wheel of his wagon struck a washed out place in the road and flood water sloshed two little frogs into the can. One of the little frogs looked around and said to himself, "Oh, it's no use! I can't get out of here." He gave up trying, sank to the bottom and drowned. But the other little frog put up a fight, kicked and kicked around, trying again and again to get out. When the farmer got to town he looked in the cream can and saw a little frog calmly sitting on top of a cake of butter.
