From the Grass Roots

My husband, daughter and I arrived in Miami, Florida, the first day of this year. The city was new and strange to me. We spent the first week in finding a place to live and my husband starting a new job. We put our daughter on a plane, sending her back to boarding school near our former home in Massachusetts, and the day after she left my husband told me he had to go on a business trip for two days.
