My Story
A KIND of strangeness still lingers around my embracing AA. It leaves me awe-stricken each time I think of it. I did not know anyone who was a member of AA nor had I ever discussed it with anyone. Yet one morning after a horrifying three-day binge I opened the telephone book to look up the number of a psychiatrist and turned magically to the page listing AA.
