From the Grass Roots

Somehow, I think of the parable of the ten lepers who were made clean, yet only one came to give thanks, when I see, month after month, year after year, the same wives coming to the AA meetings. Where are the nine? Where are the other wives whose lives, too, have been made good, once again? For myself, I can always remember how little I enjoyed the bridge game or the concert whenever my husband was drinking!
