From the Grass Roots

Nearly seven years ago, after twenty-three years of drinking, I came into AA. I've had my ups and downs, gone through various cycles, from "pink cloud," to "cocky," to "no one appreciates me," "smug," "treat 'em rough" and "let Joe do it" schools of thinking.
