Are You a Mugwump?

WHILE DRIVING to a meeting the other night I turned the radio on. A news commentator was speaking about a certain senator calling another senator a mug-wump. He explained that a mug-wump was a person who was on both sides of the fence, getting nowhere in making decisions.
