Bringing Up Mother
IT WAS JUST a little over three years ago that I attended my first AA meeting--fresh out of the hospital, shaky, scared, and not knowing what kind of people I would meet or what would take place at the meeting. Not being used to facing anything by myself, I enlisted some moral support--the person closest to me at the time.
