WORDS TO THE UNWISE. Police in Tokyo's bar-cluttered Asakusa district are using electronics to persuade drunks to go on the wagon, says an AP dispatch of recent date. When a drunk is brought to the station, his conversation is tape-recorded. The cops say that playing it back to him the next morning works wonders.
