ALCOHOLICS CALLED MODEST DRINKERS. If you are the type of drinker who brags about how many drinks you had the night before, you aren't an alcoholic. . .at least that's the opinion in the government program to combat alcoholism. Dr. Robert H. Felix, director of the National Institute of Mental Health, told the House Appropriations Committee recently that "the real alcoholic doesn't tell you how much he drinks," according to an AP dispatch from Washington, D. C.
