DRINKING ALCOHOLICS usually act on the premise that they are most "singular" people. Our inspired fellowship is successful--most often--in dispelling that aberration through application of the principles of the Twelve Steps to the individual's progress, and those of the Twelve Traditions to the group's progress. We note here, as has been done before, the use of the plural throughout both spiritual compilations. That unites us in our common disease, diagnosis and Divine direction.
