Fast and Slow Horses On the AA Track

THIS-NOW-STUFF that my AA book teaches has been working for me--up to this moment. Only the now is mine. Now is the acceptable time. Each second of life has its peculiar duty. I keep books on myself and it averages up that each complaint against the now-moment seems to draw a penalty. Each act of acceptance seems to bring a reward. I figure that God reveals to me what to do in the now-moment with all its attendant duties and trials.
