Worry Responds to Self-Treatment

THE leader was saying that most people worry and alcoholics are no exception. He asked if they had ever noticed that a person who does a lot of worrying seldom does anything about it, that a worrier would probably be unhappy without a real, imaginary or exaggerated reason for his anxiety or harassment.
