One Meeting Was Enough

He came from the Belgian Congo to Europe in a British Ship, on which the doctor was a staunch friend of AA . . . the doctor took him to his hotel . . . got in touch with London AA. . . . Andrè got better and returned to the Congo. He had attended only one meeting in London, but he wrote to his sponsor and, eventually, to GSO. Some of his letters follow.
