From the Grass Roots

I HOPE that my fellow members do not think of me as a statistic or percentage in AA. I like to think we AA members remove ourselves from that heading when we become members of this fellowship. To me statistics are cold, hard and impersonal, leaving the reader with a frigid feeling. I often wonder if others who read the Grapevine feel the same--or am I an oddity?
