WHEN my little grand-daughter falls or hurts in any way she will run to one of her parents crying, "please help me hurt." They will pick her up and begin to moan, hugging and patting her at the same time. In a little while they will say, "I don't hurt any more, do you?" She will smile and say, "No, I'm fine now."
