End of a Journey
A memorable day--September 20, 1958--filled with anticipation of something joyous to happen: to visit my sister in Europe and do a job for AA, all on the same trip. Aboard the steamer at the pier in New York, Lyb from GSO had come to see me off. She had some copies of letters to give me and a few autographed photos of Bill.
