AA Around the World

I HAVE spent some time poring over the November number. To me it is always the number of the year. In the alcoholic years before AA I often contended in bar arguments that the most beautiful sentence in the English language was: "God gave us memory that we may have roses in December." Perhaps today I could pinch the idea by saying: "God gives us newer life when we have Traditions in November." One always gets much that is not only of great help in one's own thinking but is invaluable for discussion in group meetings.
