The tendency to worry about things which cannot be changed. Insisting a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it. Neglecting refinement and development of the mind and not acquiring the habit of reading and studying. Attempting to compel persons to believe and live as we do. Actually, the list was drawn up by Cicero in the First Century B.C.
