THE NATIONAL COUNCIL ON ALCOHOLISM will hold its annual meeting in Salt Lake City, Utah, on March 18, 19 and 20, NCA announces. The theme of the 1959 Conference will be "Counter Attack Against Alcoholism." A workshop on the homeless and institutional alcoholic and another on social workers will be features of the three-day program, which will also encompass an NCA "windup" in the afternoon and dinner in the evening. A large open AA meeting, hosted by the Salt Lake City AA groups, will be held on Friday morning.
