Have We Two Kinds of Alcoholics?

DR. Francis J. O'Neill, director of the State Hospital at Central Islip, New York, reports that a successful AA-oriented program for male non-psychotic alcoholics has been set up at his hospital. The unit has treated 590 patients of whom 467 have been discharged with a return rate of only fifteen per cent.
