Improving Sobriety

IF someone disagrees with you at a closed meeting you can strain at humor and say, "Some are sicker than others." At least, that's the scathing remark sometimes used at our tight little luncheon group in New York--and by the leading adjective I mean no pun. Sometimes an allegedly humorous approach such as this can serve as a springboard into something better and possibly of more lasting value.
