Being a light-hearted, sincere account of maintenance of sobriety at a difficult time of the year, by several interesting personalities in and around the City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii.
MY name is Tutu Lady, which is a Hawaiian term of respect for grandmothers, aunts, and other elderly people. Remembering that many of us approach this gladsome season with some justifiable apprehension and even alarm, I searched my head for an inspiration and came up with the idea of interviewing some friends in AA whose opinions I respect and value highly. This thought caught me in the act of spraying magnolia leaves. So, I, in turn, have cleaned the silver paint from under my fingernails, and dressed myself in:
