The Guilt Collectors

SOMETHING wonderful has just happened to me. My group has asked me to serve as chairman. I don't have the words now--I wonder if I'll ever have the words--to describe what this means to me. At the moment they told me, not knowing what to say, I fell back on an old trick. I tried to make a joke.
