From the Grass Roots

MY husband and I are now sixty-one and sixty-three years of age and starting our eighteenth month of happy sobriety. After forty-one years of drinking and steadily getting worse, we hit rock bottom and were bankrupt in every manner. Then we found AA and its wonderful way of life. Our only regret is that we didn't have the sense to come sooner. It makes us both so very grateful to see so many young people coming in and staying around.
