Please Don't Disturb the Robin's Eggs

WHO would tear a rose bud open, in order sooner to smell the bloom? Who would break a robin's egg, hoping to sample its Spring song? Who would try to push through a door plainly marked, "Pull"? Few of us, I'm certain. No man in his right mind would do these things--purposely destroy a beautiful thing with impatience, deliberately go against the tide. But, how many of us, when it comes to our own personal serenity, are doing just that?
