From the Grass Roots

I READ the story in the AA Grapevine, "Remember the Guy?" [January 1960] and it started me thinking. Yes I remember the guy I married when drinking came first above everything. This had gone on for three and a half years and one day he found himself. When he walked into AA the doors opened to a new world. When he gets up in the morning his head is clear, his eyes are sleepy but they are not blood shot, he sees the sky is blue instead of seeing it through the cloud of a hangover.
