Short Snorts
A tall, spare man of ascetic appearance walked into a bar with a stiff, accentuated dignity that could come only from over-indulgence. He ordered a "martinus." The barkeep said "What?" Again, the order for a martinus. "You mean martini?" the barkeep asked. The customer drew himself up. "Young man," he said, "when I want more than one I'll say so."
