Appreciation of AA from South Africa

I AM prompted to record this tribute to the international fellowship of Alcoholics Anonymous for the wonderfully creative work it is doing throughout the world in helping men and women of all races, colors and creeds gripped in the coils of chronic alcoholism to recover their sanity, their serenity and their place in society as useful members. I write as an "outsider," as it were, for by the grace of God I have been spared or protected from falling a victim to the disease of alcoholism.
