An Unqualified No

WHILE I don't make a practice of allowing my mind to dwell constantly on the fact that I am an alcoholic, I like to spend a certain amount of time each day giving thought to my present way of life. Recently, while so engaged, I began mentally to relive my life from the time I first began to drink up until the present. I recalled my initial experiences with cheap wine while still a young boy in school. I remembered the beer-drinking bouts I had indulged in after I had joined the service. I remembered my first taste of hard liquor and how it had hit me.
