I read Bill's plea "Let's Be Friendly with our Friends" so I am at a loss to understand the real anger and downright intolerance of some members of this Fellowship when a group of students ask permission to attend an open meeting to learn how we work--in order to write a term paper. Members audibly say, "We've got nothing for them. This thing is strictly for people who have an alcoholic problem. They've got no business here!" To refuse to attend, or support councils on alcoholism, amazes me.
