About the old-timer

I have heard so much discussion about what should be done for the old-timer, I have come to regard the old-timer problem much in the same manner Mark Twain regarded the premature report of his death. It is my personal opinion that the answer to this problem can be found in the concluding sentence of our accepted definition of Alcoholics Anonymous: "Our sole purpose is to stay sober and to help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety."
