Enclosed please find an order for a one-year subscription to one of our members who has reached his first anniversary. We have been doing this first anniversary bit almost since we first started as a group and I wonder if the idea was put into general practice other places in AA if it wouldn't save some slips. How about a special card or some other appropriate gesture? I know this first-year subscription idea is in use in other groups, couldn't we cultivate it and make it grow?
