Some of us let pride sneak in the back door--pride at how much we suffered. . .and suffered. . .and suffered
I HAVE been around this Fellowship several thousand twenty-four hours now and I am still surprised by certain unchanging attitudes. The other night, for example, a newcomer stood talking to his sponsor at coffee time. I happened to be with a couple of old-timers, a man and a woman, and heard them both refer to the newcomer with these statements:
