I must relate a very wonderful experience I had recently. Dr. Johnson, AA's wonderful friend here in Norway, arranged for me to speak to the combined groups of Tonsberg, Larvik and Sandefjord. There were approximately fifty people (AAs and their wives). When I made my talk before the three groups, I told them that I hoped that there would soon be AA meetings open to women, as alcohol was no respecter of sex.
