We've been mulling over this comment by E. B., Seoul, Korea, in last month's P.O. Box 1980: ". . .Your cartoons are funny and humor is the lubricant that makes life bearable at times, but articles like "How to Drink with Impunity" and the series of Toper's Tales seem a little out of tone with our very serious problem. It is my opinion that how much we drank means little--the message is how we are staying sober today. . . ."
