My husband, Danny, is an Irishman as well as an alki--what a combination! We have only been married a short time, the 2nd of June last year to be exact. We are very happy and have a nice flat here with lots of flowers and ferns, and me with my plant pots everywhere. My husband laughs at me, but I do love things that grow. We live on the river front and everywhere is green and lovely and mostly our home is full of alkies and we love that. Usually we try to bring home the ones who are new and really trying and it's such a marvelous thing to see them come good out of the parks and doss houses, bless them.
