A few nights ago at a closed meeting, a woman said she was disappointed and hurt by her family's reaction to her year and a half of sobriety. Her husband and children seemed pleased enough that she no longer drank, yet they made no to-do about it. In fact they seemed to take her sober condition for granted and she felt she deserved more appreciation than she was receiving.
