A few years ago a fellow mute and I happened to wander into an AA meeting. We tried to figure how we could work this program among our own people. This is hard to do as there are not enough of us to form an all-mute group. The only success we have had was to get as many together and attend meetings wherever we could. Although we are only a few, we do believe that by helping others overcome their problem, our problems are lessened.
