WHEN I forget to be grateful, my hands remind me. I am absently lifting a coffee cup, and suddenly I laugh inside, "Look, Ma--one hand!" Though I'm not ambidextrous, it may even be my left hand that is moving the cup steadily upward to touch my lips. What accuracy! What control!
